Team & Members

A workspace can be shared with teammates. You control who's in it and, for view-only members, exactly which campaigns they can see. Team management lives under Settings → Workspace.

Roles at a glance

RoleCan do
AdminEverything — create/edit links and campaigns, connect integrations, map coupons, manage domains, invite and manage members. Sees all campaigns.
MemberView-only. Sees the dashboard and reports for the campaigns they've been granted access to. Cannot create or change anything.

The person who created the workspace is its Owner (an admin who can't be removed or demoted). See Roles & Permissions for the full breakdown.

Renaming the workspace

Under Settings → Workspace, admins can change the workspace name — the label your whole team sees. Edit it and click Save changes.

Inviting a member

  1. Go to Settings → Workspace → Team members and click Invite member (admins only).
  2. Enter the teammate's email and choose a role:
    • Member — view-only, with per-campaign access.
    • Admin — full access.
  3. Click Send invite.

InfluTrace emails them a link to set a password and join the workspace. Once they do, they sign in normally. Invited members appear in the list immediately.

Managing members

In the Team members list, admins can:

  • Change a role — switch a member between Admin and Member from the role dropdown.
  • Remove a member — revoke their access to the workspace and all its campaigns.

The Owner and your own role are marked, and the Owner can't be edited or removed.

Granting campaign access to members

Members start with no campaign access — they need to be granted it per campaign.

  1. Open the campaign you want to share.
  2. In the Member access panel (admins only), tick the members who should see it.
  3. Click Save access.

Those members can now view that campaign and its links and reports — read-only. Admins always see every campaign automatically, so they don't appear in this list.

TIP

Use member access to give a creator or external collaborator visibility into only their own campaign, without exposing the rest of your workspace.
