Reports & Analytics
InfluTrace reports answer the question that matters: which creators drove clicks and revenue, and how much? Reports are available at two levels — per link and per campaign — and both share the same layout.
Opening a report
- Link report — go to Links and click any row (or its Report action).
- Campaign report — go to Campaigns and click any row.
Choosing a date range
Every report has a date-range picker at the top. The options are:
| Range | Covers |
|---|---|
| Today | The current day (the default). |
| Yesterday | The previous full day. |
| This month | From the 1st of this month to now. |
| Last month | The whole previous calendar month. |
| This quarter | From the start of this quarter to now. |
| Lifetime | All activity, with no date filter. |
Every number on the page updates to the range you pick.
Summary cards
Four cards give you the totals for the selected range:
- Total clicks — all recorded clicks.
- Unique clicks — distinct visitors (repeat visits from the same person are counted once).
- Orders — attributed orders.
- Revenue — attributed revenue.
By-creator breakdown
The By creator table is the heart of the report. Each row is a creator (the username from the end of the link), with their:
- clicks and unique clicks,
- sales (attributed orders), and
- revenue.
Clicks with no creator username are grouped under Direct. If there's no activity in the selected range, the table tells you so.
Reading the numbers
- Link report breaks the chosen link's traffic down by creator — ideal when several creators share the same link with their own usernames.
- Campaign report rolls up every link in the campaign, so you see how the whole launch or program performed and which creators led it.
Why orders may show zero
Revenue and orders only appear for links that have a store integration enabled, and only for orders InfluTrace could attribute to a creator. If clicks look healthy but sales are zero, check the link's integration toggle and your Shopify setup.
