Workspace
Your workspace is the top-level container for everything in InfluTrace — campaigns, links, coupons, influencers, integrations, domains, and your team. Workspace-level settings live under Settings → Workspace.
One workspace per account
When you create an account, InfluTrace automatically sets up a personal workspace (and a Default Campaign inside it) so you can start tracking right away.
One workspace per user
A user belongs to exactly one workspace. To collaborate, invite teammates into your workspace rather than creating separate accounts — see Team & Members.
Workspace name
The workspace name is the label your whole team sees. Admins can change it under Settings → Workspace → Workspace name — edit the field and click Save changes.
Display currency
Choose the currency shown across your dashboards and reports under Settings → Workspace → Display currency.
Amounts are not converted
The display currency only changes the symbol used to format figures. InfluTrace does not perform any exchange-rate conversion. If a shopper places an order in a different currency, the amount is shown as-is under your chosen symbol — no FX conversion happens. Pick the currency that matches how your store actually charges.
