Integrations Library
Integrations are how InfluTrace learns about your orders. Connecting a commerce store is what turns raw clicks into attributed revenue — without one, you still get full click tracking, but every link shows zero sales.
The library
Open Integrations in the sidebar and click Add integration to see the library — the catalog of available store connectors.
| Provider | How it connects | Setup guide |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Custom pixel in Customer events | Connect Shopify |
| WooCommerce | Install the Influtrace plugin | Connect WooCommerce |
| Wix | Tracking snippet in the site head | Connect Wix |
| Magento | Tracking snippet in the HTML head | Connect Magento |
| Custom HTML | Tracking snippet for any site | Custom HTML |
All five providers are available today. Under the hood there are three connection styles:
- Shopify — a sandboxed custom pixel added in Shopify's Customer events. Orders and add-to-cart are captured automatically.
- WooCommerce — a WordPress plugin you install once. It reports orders and add-to-cart server-side, so there's nothing to add to your theme.
- Wix, Magento & Custom HTML — the same lightweight tracking snippet (like a Google Analytics tag) pasted into your site's head. If your store already sends purchases to Google Analytics / GTM, orders are captured automatically; otherwise you report them with a one-line call.
Why integrations matter
- Orders and revenue are recorded only for links (and coupons) that have an integration enabled. A link with no integration still tracks clicks, but reports zero sales.
- A single connection can power many links and campaigns — you connect the store once, then tick it on each link you want to measure.
- You can connect more than one store, mixing providers, and choose per link which connected store(s) it tracks.
Which one do I use?
- Shopify — your store is on Shopify. Connect Shopify.
- WooCommerce — a WordPress store. Install our plugin. Connect WooCommerce.
- Wix — a Wix store. Paste the snippet under Custom Code. Connect Wix.
- Magento / Adobe Commerce — paste the snippet in the HTML head. Connect Magento.
- Custom HTML — any other platform (custom, headless, or not-yet-supported). Add the tracking snippet to any site. Custom HTML.

Admins only
Connecting, verifying, and disconnecting integrations all require an Admin role. Members can see connected stores but can't change them. See Roles & Permissions.
