Roles & Permissions
InfluTrace keeps access simple with two roles inside each workspace: Admin and Member. The workspace creator is the Owner, a special admin.
The roles
Owner
The person who created the workspace. The Owner is an admin who can't be removed or demoted, and always has full access. Each workspace has exactly one Owner.
Admin
Full control of the workspace. Admins can:
- create, edit, and delete links and campaigns,
- connect, verify, re-sync, and disconnect integrations,
- map and remove coupons,
- add, verify, and remove custom domains,
- invite members, change their roles, and remove them,
- rename the workspace and set its display currency,
- manage billing — view the plan, edit invoice/GST details, and upgrade, and
- see every campaign automatically.
Member
A view-only role for collaborators who need visibility without edit rights. Members can:
- sign in and see the dashboard,
- view reports for campaigns they've been granted access to, and
- view the links within those campaigns.
Members cannot create or change links, campaigns, integrations, coupons, domains, or team settings. Buttons for those actions are hidden or disabled, and direct navigation to edit screens is blocked.

Member campaign access
Members start with no campaign access. An admin grants it per campaign from the Member access panel on each campaign page. A member only ever sees the campaigns they've been added to — admins see all of them. See Team & Members.
Changing roles
Admins manage roles in Settings → Workspace → Team members using each member's role dropdown. The Owner can't be changed. Promoting a member to Admin gives them full access (including all campaigns); demoting an admin to Member makes them view-only again.
