Quick definitions for the terms you'll see throughout InfluTrace.

Add-on : Extra capacity attached to your current plan, billed prorated for the rest of the period and folded into your renewal price. See Billing & Plans.

Attribution : Crediting an order to the creator who drove it. See How Attribution Works.

Back-half : The unique slug at the end of a short link — the abc-123 in influtrace.link/p/abc-123. See Tracking Links.

Campaign : A folder that groups tracking links for reporting, coupon mapping, and member access. See Campaigns.

Coupon attribution : Mapping a store discount code to a creator's link so coupon orders are credited to that creator. See Coupon Attribution.

Creator : The influencer or affiliate you're tracking. Identified by a username appended to a link (…/abc-123/ava). Same thing as an Influencer.

Custom domain : Your own branded domain used for short links, e.g. go.yourbrand.com. See Custom Domains.

Default Campaign : The campaign created automatically with your workspace; new links go here unless you pick another. Can't be deleted.

Destination URL : The page on your store a tracking link redirects to.

Direct : How reports label clicks or orders with no creator username attached.

Influencer : The master record for a creator you're tracking, identified by a username. All clicks and attributed orders roll up to it. By default the display name equals the username until you edit it. See Influencers.

Integration : A connected commerce store (Shopify today) that syncs orders into InfluTrace. See Integrations.

Invoice : The billing document generated for a payment. Can't be edited after it's generated, so enter GST/Tax details first. See Billing & Plans.

Member : A view-only workspace role with access only to granted campaigns. See Roles & Permissions.

Admin : A workspace role with full control over links, campaigns, integrations, domains, and the team.

Owner : The workspace creator — an admin who can't be removed or demoted.

Quota : The limit your plan places on links/coupons, influencers, and team members. Hitting one blocks new creates until you upgrade. See Billing & Plans.

Tracking link (short link) : A short URL that redirects to your store while recording clicks and attribution. See Tracking Links.

Unique clicks : Distinct visitors, counted once even if they click multiple times — as opposed to total clicks.

Workspace : The top-level container for your campaigns, links, integrations, domains, and team. Each user belongs to exactly one. See Workspace.

InfluTrace — creator attribution infrastructure
