Billing & Plans
Billing lives under Settings → Billing and is admin-only. It's where you see your current plan and usage, keep your invoice details up to date, and upgrade or add capacity.
Current plan & usage
The Billing tab shows your active plan along with live usage meters measured against your plan's quotas:
- Links / Coupons — links and coupons share one quota.
- Influencers — creators on your roster.
- Team Members — people in the workspace.
Each meter fills as you approach the limit. When you try to create something past a quota, InfluTrace blocks it and shows an inline error with an Upgrade plan → link, so you can lift the limit without losing your place.
The current-plan card also shows your billing cycle and renews / expires date (or No expiry for lifetime plans), your renewal price, and — on a per-seat license — your seat count.
Quotas affect automation too
Quotas apply to automatic creation as well. If you're at your influencer limit, orders that would normally auto-create a new creator are still recorded, but the new influencer is skipped silently. See Influencers.
Billing details (GST / Tax)
Before making any payment, open Billing details and add your company name, address, and GST / Tax number. These appear on every invoice.
Invoices can't be edited after they're generated
Once an invoice is generated it cannot be changed. Enter correct billing and GST / Tax details first so your invoices are valid and you can claim input tax credit. If you only add them later, earlier invoices keep the old (or missing) details.
Choosing a plan
Open Plans to see what's available. Plans are grouped into sections:
- Plans — standard subscriptions, plus any one-time lifetime deals.
- Per-seat licenses — priced per user (see below).
- Promotions — limited-time offers, purchased the same way as a standard plan.
Billing cycles
Each subscription can be billed monthly or yearly, chosen with the toggle at the top of the page (Yearly is selected by default):
- Yearly plans show a monthly-equivalent price (the yearly price ÷ 12) with a "paid annually" label and a savings badge, so you can compare like-for-like.
- Lifetime deals are a one-time payment with no expiry. They show a single "one-time" price and ignore the monthly/yearly toggle.
Upgrading is self-serve — pick a plan, complete checkout, and your new limits apply immediately.
Per-seat licenses
A per-seat license is priced per user instead of by feature quota.
- You choose how many seats to buy, with a minimum of 10 seats. The price is per seat for the cycle you pick (it follows the same monthly/yearly toggle, shown as a monthly-equivalent on yearly).
- A license sets your Team Members limit to the seat count; other limits are unlimited.
On a license, the Plans page becomes a Manage license seats panel showing your active seats, your renewal seat count, and your renewal price:
- Add seats — charged prorated to your renewal date and increases your renewal price going forward. The extra seats are available immediately.
- Reduce seats — takes effect at your next renewal (no immediate change, no refund). You can't drop below the 10-seat minimum. The card shows a "scheduled to drop to N seats at your next renewal" note until then.
Add-ons
Add-ons extend a paid standard plan with extra capacity. They appear on the Plans page only when you're on a paid base plan.
- Add-ons are charged prorated to the remainder of your current billing period.
- The full add-on price is added to your renewal price, so the capacity carries forward each cycle.
Promotions
Promotional plans appear in their own Promotions section and are purchased like a standard plan — pick it, check out, and it activates immediately.
How you pay
Checkout is self-serve and hosted by a payment provider, chosen automatically from your workspace's billing currency:
- INR → Razorpay
- USD and other currencies → PayPal
You're redirected to the provider's secure checkout and brought back to a confirmation page once payment completes; your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you close the window mid-payment, nothing is charged.
See Workspace for the display currency, which determines the provider and how amounts are formatted (there's no FX conversion).
Downgrading
Most downgrades aren't self-serve
To downgrade a paid plan, or to remove an add-on, email info@binjaratech.com and our team will take care of it. Moving to the Free plan happens automatically by not renewing (see below).
Reducing license seats is the exception — it's self-serve from Manage license seats and takes effect at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period.
Renewals & non-renewal
Your renewal price reflects your plan plus any add-ons or seat changes you've made. The current-plan card always shows your renews / expires date and renewal amount so you know where you stand.
If you don't renew, you drop to Free
When a paid plan isn't renewed, the workspace automatically downgrades to the Free plan. Free has lower limits, so you may lose access to members, links, or other data that exceeded the smaller quotas. Renew before expiry to avoid disruption.
Lifetime plans don't expire, so this doesn't apply to them.
Billing history
The Billing history card lists your successful payments — date, plan, invoice number, and amount. Pending or failed attempts aren't shown here.
