Signing In
InfluTrace supports two ways to sign in. You can use whichever you prefer — both land you in the same account as long as they share the same email address.
Continue with Google
On the Sign in or Sign up screen, click Continue with Google and pick your Google account. You're returned to InfluTrace already signed in. This is the fastest option and needs no password.
Email and password
Creating an account
On the Sign up screen, enter your full name, email, and a password (at least 6 characters), then click Create account.
- If your account is ready immediately, you go straight to the dashboard.
- Otherwise you'll see "Check your email" — open the confirmation link we send to activate your account, then return to sign in.
Signing in
On the Sign in screen, enter your email and password and click Sign in.
What happens on first sign-in
The first time you access InfluTrace, the app sets up:
- A personal workspace — the container for your campaigns, links, integrations, and team.
- A Default Campaign — so you can create a link without configuring anything first.
You can rename the workspace and create more campaigns later.
Invited to a workspace?
If a teammate invites you, you'll get an email with a link to set a password and join their workspace. After that, sign in normally with your email and the password you set. Your role (Admin or Member) is chosen by the person who invited you — see Roles & Permissions.
Managing your login
- Change your password under Settings → Account → Change password.
- Update your name under Settings → Account → Profile details.
- Log out from the bottom of the sidebar, or under Settings → Account → Session.
Your email address is tied to your sign-in method and can't be changed from within InfluTrace. See Account Settings.
